My love and passion for ballet inspires me to dance.
If you could perform a duet with any dancer who would it be and why?
If I could perform a duet with any dancer, the person I would choose is Nathalia Arja from Miami City Ballet. The reason I chose her is because she is small and petite, but she is also a fiery dancer.
Who is your go-to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?
My go-to band is Queen and anything from the Hamilton musical.
You can pick up a phone and talk to your number one dance idol -living or dead but you can only ask them three questions. What are the three questions you would ask them? Why?
If I could speak to my number one dance idol it would be Michaela Deprince and the three questions, I would ask her are:
1.) Was the transition from a student to a professional difficult?
2.) How were you able to motivate yourself?
3.) What advice you wish you had gotten when you were a student, as far as becoming a professional ballerina?
I would ask these three questions because I think these are key questions that would help to guide me along my career path.
