This national historic landmark is home to multiple theaters and studios surrounded by landscape gardens, natural wetlands and the beautiful Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts. Dancers from all over the Country visit Jacob’s pillow for classes in all styles, internships, community programs, and there most famous event, The Festival.
Dancers who take classes at The School at Jacob’s Pillow are learning at one of the most prestigious professional dance training centers in the U.S. Those who are selected to Intern at Jacob’s Pillow will partake in real work projects and responsibilities that build practical experiences and develop professional skills.
The Festival at Jacob’s Pillow is held each year. Thousands of people from all over attend The Festival to enjoy 200 free events and 160 performances by more than 50 companies. It is an event filled with art, nature, discovery, and community.
