Did you know there was an actual recommendation on how much fruit you should eat in a serving? It’s ok, were shocked too! We thought if it was good for you that you could eat as much as you wanted. But sadly this isn’t true, while fruit is great and yummy it still contains calories and sugars so again we must listen to the, “everything in moderation” mantra.
